Care Instructions to Your New Device
Care for your Elexoma Medic by keeping a few basic, but vital things in mind. This is for the longevity of the device. Additionally, it also assures you get many years of quality CES.
Maintenance and Cleaning Care
You can use a damp cloth to wipe the device and the leads when necessary.
You can wet it with a solution of dish soap and water. Alternatively, you can use a solution, like this one. Wring out the cloth so it no longer drips. With this you can wipe over the device, being sure to avoid any gaps and holes, like jacks.
After this, you can wipe the Elexoma Medic again with a clean cloth dipped in water alone. Again, wring it out so it is no longer dripping.
Using a clean, dry cloth, you can once again wipe your device. This time drying it.
If you have any dust or debris stuck into the buttons, you can use a can of compressed air to get it out.
Lifetime of Electrodes
Once the seal is broken, the electrodes have an expected service lifetime of at least 4 – 8 weeks when used for 15 minutes to half an hour every day.
If you do notice some perishing, we do sell the electrodes separately, so you can contact us to order new ones.

Do not use your device near flammable anaesthetic mixtures containing air, oxygen, or nitrous oxide.

Care for Battery Life
- Remove the batteries when you are not using the Elexoma Medic for extended periods of time.
- Be sure to not leave your device at 0% battery life, try for 40%-80%, with 50% being the goal. Use the lines on the battery icon as a guide on the display.
- Try to keep your device away from extreme temperatures. This includes heat from using heavily or charging.
- Try to not drain the batteries completely.
- Unfortunately, batteries do lose performance over time and will start to deteriorate. If you need new ones, you can call us.
