Return, Repair, and Shipping Policy
Indeed, you can send back your purchased device to us in the state you purchased it in, within one calendar year of the proof of purchase, and we will return your money.
We have a one year guarantee on our devices. If the Elexoma Medic doesn’t bring you any results, we do not feel you should remain committed to it.
To return
If, for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied with your unit, we will support this. One of our mottos is to keep our customers happy. We are for your mental health.
However, we hope that the reason will be that you no longer need the support of our device.
If you feel that it didn’t help, you can still continue the process. To send back your product, simply fill in the form below with your details and we will guide you through the necessary next steps. Additionally, you can phone us here.
Keep in mind that it will take some time to process the return, so it will take some time before your money reflects back in your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consequently, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your unit to reach us may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive the item.
Shipping
We use an external company for shipping elsewhere in South Africa (outside of George).
Therefore, there will be a level of trust put in the company we use. We do choose who to partner with based on this trust, but there is still always a chance of loss or damage due to negligence on their part.

Repairs
Your Elexoma Medic device comes with a 2 year warranty.

Exchanges
